The Agreement: This is a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and LawCo, governing your use of the LawCo app and website (the "Service").
Binding Acceptance: By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This applies to all aspects of the Service, from account creation to communication.
Modification: LawCo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Creation and Eligibility: To use the Service, you must create a personal account and provide accurate information. The Service is for individuals at least 18 years of age. Attorneys must also be licensed and in good standing to create an attorney profile.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify LawCo immediately of any unauthorized use.
Prohibited Actions: You may not create multiple accounts, use another person's account, or provide false or misleading information.

Service Description: The LawCo app is a technology platform designed to facilitate connections between consumers and attorneys. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Community Guidelines: You agree to adhere to the app's community guidelines, which prohibit harassment, hate speech, illegal activities, or misrepresentation.
No Attorney-Client Relationship with LawCo: You understand that your use of the app does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LawCo. Any such relationship is formed exclusively between you and the attorney you engage with.

LawCo's Ownership: The app and all its content (text, graphics, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of LawCo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the Service without our permission.
User Content: You retain ownership of your submitted content (e.g., profile descriptions). However, you grant LawCo a license to use this content to operate and promote the Service.
No Infringement: You may not use the Service to post or transmit any material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties regarding its performance or suitability.
No Legal Advice: LawCo does not provide legal advice. The content on the Service is for informational purposes only, and you should consult a qualified attorney for specific legal advice.
No Guarantee: LawCo does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users or the outcome of any legal matter.

Liability Exclusions: To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including losses of profit or data.
No Responsibility for User Conduct: LawCo is not responsible for the conduct of other users or any disputes that may arise between them.

Governing Law: Disputes are governed by the laws of LawCo's jurisdiction.
Binding Arbitration: For unresolved disputes, you agree to binding arbitration, rather than litigation in court.
No Class Actions: You agree to resolve claims on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

LawCo's Right to Terminate: LawCo can terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including a violation of these terms, without liability.
Your Right to Terminate: You can terminate your account at any time, which will lead to the permanent deletion of your data.
